Fairfield Inn Anaheim Disneyland Resort Hotel Review:
Truly a Good Neighbor for a Disneyland Stay!

When booking a hotel for our daughter’s 5th birthday trip to Disneyland we were faced with the serious dilemma of where to stay in Anaheim. There are a sea of hotels boasting their close proximity to Disneyland, and you may find yourself overwhelmed like I was! We are thankful that choosing the Fairfield Inn Anaheim Resort turned out to be a great choice!

The front desk staff welcomed us with bright, welcoming smiles, which helped ease the weariest of travelers, and they lavished attention on our little one as she discussed her birthday plans for the following day.

Our room was on the 8th floor, which gave us a breathtaking view of the nightly Disneyland fireworks show, the matterhorn as the sun set behind it, and the Southern California landscape.

The hotel is the perfect walking distance to the Disneyland Resort, especially with an infant and 5 year old in tow. There is nothing worse than booking a room that brags about being close to Disneyland and only for you to discover on that first night walking back to your room with overtired children, southern California heat, and very sore feet that a 20-minute walk is not close at all. The Fairfield Inn Anaheim is a 6-8 minute walk (depending on the traffic light) from the front door to the turnstiles!

Because the Fairfield Inn Anaheim is a Disneyland “Good Neighbor” hotel you have the convenience of purchasing your park tickets in the lobby, allowing you to get to the magic faster!

The Fairfield Inn Anaheim does not offer complimentary breakfast, however there are a number of breakfast options available on-site and in walking distance to get your day started! There is also a swimming pool to cool off in during breaks from the park that our daughter thoroughly enjoyed!

All in all I think that the Fairfield Inn Anaheim is an excellent choice for a stay for a Disneyland vacation!
